Hi Friendz... Today im gonna share a healthy "French Fries" recipe with you all..!! French fries is one of our most favorite dish. But the problem is, it consumes lot of oil n adds up to our cholesterol levels... So i tried to make healthy oil-less french fries in oven, this baked french fries came out so well. Its tasted awesome.. :-) If you are health conscious, you can surely give this a try without any dilemma.
Ingredients :
Preparation :
1) Wash the potatoes. Remove its skin & cut lengthwise.
2) Add chilli powder, garam masala, salt and oil to the potatoes.
3) Mix it well & even.
4) Grease the convection tray with 1 teaspoon of oil.
5) Arrange these potatoes, with little space between each pieces.
6) In "Micro Convection" mode, set 150 degrees & cook for 15-20 mins.
Crispy n healthy french fries are ready to get crunched in your mouth... :-) You can enjoy it with some tomato ketchup.. Take Care.. :-)
