This is a simple n tasty chutney, which goes well with Idli, Dosai, & Panniyaram. The color of this dish itself is so appetizing...!! Now lets see how to prepare this spicy n delicious chutney..
Ingredients :
Preparation :
1) Cut the onions & tomatoes into smaller pieces.
2) Grind this Onions & Tomatoes into a fine paste. Keep it aside.
3) Heat gingelly oil in a pan & add mustard seeds.
4) Wait for the mustard seeds to splutter & then add the above paste into the pan.
5) Add required salt & chilli powder. Mix well.
6) Keep on stirring till the oil separates & the chutney turns into a fine red color.
7) Switch off the stove & transfer it to a bowl.
